Join representatives from the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), Maine and Massachusetts for a candid panel discussion from 5-6 pm with Locke Lord’s Offshore Wind team about the upcoming Gulf of Maine lease sale, what development challenges await future Gulf leaseholders, and the sale’s implications for state power procurement, ports and supply chain growth. The panel will be followed by a cocktail hour from 6-7 pm (the "drinks" part).
